Proposal for the construction of three (3) new buildings and site improvements for 178 new residential units of which 35 are below market rate units, and 14,000 square feet of retail space. The buildings consist of one (1) 3-story building with retail on the ground floor, and 26 residential units on the upper two floors, and two (2) 4-story buildings with a combined total of 152 residential units. Additional site improvements include a 12,500 square foot plaza, and 307 surface parking spaces throughout the project site.
