Description

Marin Country Club (MCC) has applied for a use permit pursuant to the City of Novato's  Waterway and Riparian Protection Ordinance to stabilize and restore eroded banks and degraded segments of Arroyo de San Jose where it crosses through the golf course. Project related activities include the removal of accumulated sediment and rehabilitation of existing dam and weir structures using naturalized structures to the extent feasible.

An Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) has been prepared for the project and is
available for public review and comment beginning on October 11, 2019, and ending on November 
11, 2019. Written comments may be submitted to the staff contact below or by mail to the Community
Development Department.
