The proposed project includes 80 residential units and a 2,350-square-foot flex building on a 13-acre site. The 80 residential units are housed in 6 detached single-family dwellings, three 6-unit buildings, and fourteen 4-unit buildings. The multi-family unit types include townhouses and one-level flats, and range in size from 864 to 1,489 square feet. The proposed single-family dwellings are 1,478 square feet in size. The two-story residential buildings are up to 25 feet tall and three-story buildings are up to 34 feet, 9 inches tall from lowest finished grade to highest roof peak. The non-residential flex building is a 2,350-square-foot, one-story building measuring 28.5 feet tall from finished grade. A total of 151 parking spaces are proposed, 13 of them near the non-residential building.
