Description

Development of a 2.68 acre parcel with a co-housing project. The project proposes: 32 two-story townhomes and flats ranging from two to four bedrooms (863 to 1,818 square feet); eight carriage flats (six one bedroom or studios at 669 square feet and two studios at 478 square feet) located over detached garages, and a 3,738 square foot common clubhouse.
