Description

Proposed 5-lot subdivision of at 7±-acre vacant lot located on Bahia Drive. The proposed lots range in size from 15,579 to 179,187 square feet (0.36 to 4.11 acres).  The site is currently zoned Planned District (PD).  The applicant is requesting the site be rezoned to Low Density Residential (R1-10), consistent with the General Plan.
