General Plan

The General Plan Map (LU Map 1) illustrates the specific land use designations for each piece of property within Novato.  The map also identifies the City limits, the Urban Growth Boundary, the Sphere of Influence, and the Downtown Specific Plan boundary.


Zoning

The Zoning Map illustrates the boundaries each zoning district within Novato as established by Section 19.04.020 (Zoning Districts Established) of the Novato Zoning Ordinance.


Street Map

The Street Map illustrates all of the streets located in the City of Novato and identifies the City limit boundary.


Bicycle Plan

The Bicycle Map illustrates existing and proposed bikeways for the City of Novato with three different maps.  Bicycle Plan 3-1 illustrates existing bikeways, Bicycle Plan 3-2 illustrates existing bikeways and support facilities and Bicycle Plan 5-1 illustrates proposed bikeways for the City of Novato.
