The Marin Valley Mobile Country Club (MVMCC) is owned by the City of Novato. As the owners of the park, the City of Novato has a contract with the Park Acquisition Corporation (PAC) through a Delegation Agreement to give the PAC the authority to act as operator of the park through daily operations provided and management by Helsing Group, Inc. 

Meeting Schedule

Prior to 2020, the Novato City Council / Novato Financing Authority held meetings onsite at MVMCC twice per year, with agendas focused on MVMCC business. Since 2020, MVMCC items are included in the regular City Council meeting agendas.
