Based on awareness of the City of Novato's goals for an attractive streetscape that fits Novato's beautiful natural setting and based on knowledge of the City's streetscape plantings and maintenance needs, the Committee shall function as a team of citizens, businesses and public agency employees.
Members enlist the support of citizens and businesses in order to:
- Develop recommendations to the City Council for policy actions that are budgetarily achievable and which will stabilize high-quality landscape maintenance in Novato; and
- Directly communicate with businesses and citizens to help implement volunteer maintenance work and donations for maintenance purposes.

Second Monday of every month beginning at 7:00 p.m., to be noticed 72 hours in advance per Brown Act requirements.
