Resignation of Regan Candelario as Novato City Manager

Regan Candelario has tendered to the City Council his resignation effective September 6, 2019.  Mr. Candelario and the City of Novato have mutually agreed on a resignation and separation agreement in accordance with the terms of Mr. Candelario’s employment contract. 

During his tenure as City Manager, the City Council and Mr. Candelario worked together to address a number of important issues, on a wide range of projects and initiatives benefifting the citizens of Novato, from adopting an updated strategic plan to redevelopment of the long vacant Pini Hardware site in Downtown. 

The City Council thanks Mr. Candelario for his service to the City and the City wishes Mr. Candelario well in his continued professional career.
