MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN YOUR CITY
The City of Novato welcomes community participation in local government through its Commissions, Committees, and Boards (CCBs). If you have an interest in serving your community, applying for a position on a City Board, Commission or Committee is a great place to start. Commissioners have a chance to be involved in upcoming projects and issues in the City and make recommendations to City Council.
The City invites those who are interested in making a difference in our community to apply.
The Multicultural Advisory Commission has seven (7) regular seats open.
The Recreation, Cultural, & Community Services Advisory Commission has two (2) regular seats open and one (1) regular seat to fill a remaining term limit.
The Street Improvement Oversight Advisory Committee has one (1) regular seat open.
The Streetscape Committee has one (1) alternate seat open.
Application Deadline: 5:00 p.m. on January 4, 2019
Applicants are interviewed and appointed by the City Council. Interviews are tentatively scheduled for January 15th.
