Parks & Facilities Related Concerns:

  • The City of Novato Public Works Department maintains parks and facilities. Submit an online service request to report parks or median issues, potholes, traffic signal problems, graffiti and other non-emergency repair needs.
  • Emergencies and safety related concerns should be directed to the Novato Police Department. If you see something, say something. For emergencies, please dial 9-1-1. For 24/7 Non-Emergency Dispatch please call 415-897-4361. Thank you for keeping our parks safe for all!

Miwok Park is one of our community's favorite parks, and is just one of the many beautiful parks managed by the City of Novato. Miwok Park offers a gorgeous and expansive lawn, perfect for playing volleyball, catch or Frisbee. The park also houses a plethora of picnic tables, which are scattered along the creek to allow for lovely lunchtime views. Miwok Park has a large, shaded playground and a tree-lined walking path that runs along the creek, offering a perfect place for children to play. Speaking of play, Miwok Park also has an area to play horseshoes and bocce ball. The park has ADA accessible restrooms and paths.

The areas of the park that are available to rent only show a fraction of this expansive 38-acre park. The park stretches back into the San Marin neighborhood and has a second entry way on San Miguel Way.

Take a virtual tour of Miwok Park on our Instagram reel and see all the incredible features this park has to offer! 📲

Want to book this park? We recommend submitting a rental inquiry first to receive availability details and suitability feedback within 4 business days before formally applying.

While the inquiry will NOT reserve the space, it allows us to provide helpful preliminary guidance to inform your decision on whether to proceed with a full permit application.
