City of Novato's Parks and Facilities Directory

Whether you are a first time visitor or a regular guest, we hope that you enjoy the many parks and facilities that the City of Novato's Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department has to offer. From Pioneer Park picnic tables and Bay Trail walkways to bocce ball courts and soccer fields, we have a wide variety of parks and facilities that are available for you to enjoy.

Parks & Facilities Related Concerns:

The City of Novato Public Works Department maintains parks and facilities. Submit an online service request to report parks or median issues, potholes, traffic signal problems, graffiti and other non-emergency repair needs.

South Hamilton Park, is a seven-acre sanctuary replete with families and kids. It holds a flat, grassy area for soccer, the Dunphy Little League baseball field, colorful play structures and contains the San Francisco Bay Trail trailhead and parking lot, that leads to the Hamilton Wetlands. The park is downhill from the Hamilton Pool, a popular community pool, with picnic areas, water spray features, and a water slide, great for young children.

The group picnic area seats up to 32 people.
