Join City of Novato staff at Marin County’s first-ever ADU Fair + Open House Tour on Saturday, October 4, hosted by ADU Marin and the Town of Corte Madera.

Morning ADU Fair (free) 

9am – 12:15pm | Corte Madera Town Hall, 300 Tamalpais Drive 

Connect with city planners, architects, lenders, and builders to learn about permits, financing and construction. 

Afternoon ADU Open House Tour ($25/person) 

1pm – 4pm | Various locations across Marin County 

Visit multiple completed ADUs across Marin County, see a range of styles and sizes, from backyard cottages to in-law units, and take advantage of a self-guided tour.
