Trade Feast: Community. Connection. Cultural Exchange.

Trade Feast: Community. Connection. Cultural Exchange.

Join us for Trade Feast 2025, a free, family-centered celebration of Indigenous culture, history, and community connection. This year's gathering is especially meaningful as the first Trade Feast since 2019.

The day will include native music and dancing, a lively marketplace of Native artists and vendors, indigenous food, cultural demonstrations and storytelling, arts and crafts and traditional ecological knowledge activities for kids, and community organizations and cultural partners.

The Museum is also launching an Indigenous Heritage Storytelling Project, supported by the Pirkle Jones Fund. This project is reserved for Native community members, who will be invited to record oral histories, connect with Elders, and participate in portrait sessions for a future exhibit and documentary film. Non-Native friends and allies are warmly welcomed to enjoy the day's music, food, art, and cultural exchange.

Bring your family, enjoy the food and music, and be part of a special day of culture, kinship, and community.
