Community Conversation: Novato Stands United Against Hate

The City of Novato joins other Bay Area communities in recognizing the week of November 17-22, 2019 as "United Against Hate Week".  The United Against Hate Week campaign is designed to bring communities together to learn from each other, explore local concerns and seek solutions.

Please join us for a community conversation to discuss and learn about Novato Police and Novato Unified School District's latest tools to reduce hate and bullying incidents in our community. A short documentary film from Not In Our Town will be shown and there will be a panel of speakers to discuss their experience with bias incidents, harassment and/or derogatory language. One of the goals is to empower communities to combat hate.

When: Monday, November 18, from 6pm - 8pm

Where: Novato City Hall, 901 Sherman Avenue
